	This item is made to order. Your custom design will go into production on the 1st of the coming month, for shipment around the 15-20th of the month. We place Special Orders on the 1st of every month for shipment around the 15-20th of the month. For example: Place your Special Order on April 2nd, it will go into production on May 1 and ship between May 15-20. Place your Special Order on April 30th, it will go into production on May 1 and ship between May 15-20. In-stock items generally ship within 1-2 business days. If your order has both in-stock & special order items, the in-stock items will ship first, followed by the Special Order items after they are produced. Our shoes are sized more true-to-age than other brands, please refer to our size chart for the best fit. custom design shoes October 28, 2008 Reviewer: Donna  Smith from Marion, AR United States   I ordered 3 pair of the custom shoes in silver with white trim.  I have three grand-daughters, all with different foot needs.  These shoes arrived promptly, they looked fabulous, and fit all three girls.  I am so thrilled with these.  I just wish there were other designs to choose from - I could go crazy!!!!!!!
