4. We'll review your account information and convert it to a wholesale account
if it's approved - then email you that it's been converted.

Quantities & Timeframe
Minimum order is $100. - you may mix & match colors, styles & sizes to meet the minimum. We reserve the right to cancel any/all wholesale orders of less than $100.
You may also order our cloth diapers and mix with shoes to meet the minimum order.
$100+ is required each time you place a wholesale order
Payment & Discounts
We accept AMEX, MC, Visa and PayPal (can pay via Discover or eCheck through PayPal).
We ask that you place your order online through our secure website because it shows the available inventory and removes your requested items from inventory. IF however, you would like us to charge your Visa, MC, or AMEX offline, please place your order online, go through to the checkout at the end, then select "Fax
Order" as your payment method.
Unless otherwise noted, coupon codes may NOT be used on wholesale orders. Our discounts are meant to offer incentives for retail customers to buy again or try our brand for the first time. Because of the already low pricing provided through our wholesale program, we generally do not offer coupons to wholesale customers.
Shipping
You have the choice of USPS
or
FedEx upon checkout. If you prefer to use your own UPS, DHL or FedEx #, enter your account information in the Additional Information box, then continue to checkout. We will verify your shipping information then credit your credit card back the shipping cost you paid us.
Custom Shoes
Have a custom design you'd like to see produced? We can work with you. We are currently working with some non-profit organizations, developing shoes with their logo/emblem for fundraisers. Minimum order of 100 pairs (any size combination) for custom shoes.

If you would like one of our current styles produced in a different color combination, we can do that for you! There is a minimum order of
12 pairs (multiple sizes ok). Our normal wholesale price applies.

Auction Sites
& Other Info
We do allow wholesale buyers to sell our products on auction sites (such as eBay) as long as they are sold for the set retail price of $24.95
(or equal to the price being sold for on our website) and not put up for bid below the retail price.
Any wholesale buyer not complying to this rule will not be allowed to purchase in the future.
We reserve the right to
cancel wholesale accounts of companies we feel are practicing unfair business
practices, undercutting other retailers by selling far below the MSRP of $24.95
or otherwise devaluing or representing Cute Baby Shoes poorly.
Exchanges
If you have an item that is
not moving, we will exchange these items for other comparable items or credit
your next order.
Just send your product(s)
back to us at the address below. We must still stock the style to provide
credit.

select replacements from our available inventory.
Any returns requesting refunds are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

gridwall or slatwall for display, in addition to displaying on a
